I am fellow and active member of ISMET: International Society of Microbial Electrochemistry & Technology

My research focuses on Microbial Electrochemical Technologies, in which microorganism interact with electrodes. These Microbial Electrochemical Techologies can be used to recover valuable resources, like nutrients, metals and energy, from wastewater. Watch this video of my research:
